The PTA is looking for a Chair (or Co-Chairs!) that would work in partnership with our school Social Worker, Ms. Robinson, to help support children at our school, peers to our own, with food support on the weekends. This work is vital to our community and would make a direct impact immediately. The Chair would be in charge of organizing a team of 2-3 volunteers who can devote one to two hours twice per month for the unpacking/organizing/assembling of pre-purchased food items; and 2 volunteers who can commit to 30 minutes a week on Thursdays after dismissal for the delivery of bags to classrooms.
